Anne is a distinguished legal practitioner with a deep command of complex legal matters and a growing footprint in the field of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Nottingham, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), underscoring her excellence in alternative dispute resolution.

Anne currently serves as a Partner at Kibatia & Company Advocates LLP, where she leads the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Marketing functions of the firm. Her role reflects not only her seasoned experience in dispute resolution but also her strategic vision and leadership in advancing the firm’s brand and client outreach. With over five years of experience handling high-stakes matters, Anne has developed a robust practice focused on dispute resolution arising from investment and commercial
transactions, labour relations, energy law and intellectual property. She is now extending her legal acumen into Public-Private Partnerships, an area where her strategic mindset and legal insight continue to make a notable impact.
